VoIP telephone users who use Cisco Finesse desktop client receive a message at login that reads: "SSL Certificate Not accepted" . Do NOT click OK; instead, close the message using the 'x' in the upper right hand corner to bypass the message. ITSCom is investigating.

8:30am Update: We contacted the vendor, and according to Cisco, the Chrome browser is unsupported for the current version of Cisco Finesse that we are using; CCX 10.6. Another workaround to bypassing the message is to use IE or FireFox as your browser.
