PaperCut's nightly user-sync appeared to have hung. We tried restarting the service, and the server, but authentication problems remained until the backlog of processes cleared up. Logins are now working without issue.

We will work to figure out the root cause of the user-sync issue that led to this. Nightly user-sync has been disabled until we can figure it out.
