Stopping BlueCat web interface to perform a database vacuum and reindex. Reboot server if needed to reduce memory use.
No outage to DNS and DHCP services.

Comments:
Vacuum 23:35pm to 12:13am, about 40 minutes. Did not notice any slowdown to the web interface.
Reindex 12:17am to 12:25am, about 10 minutes. Noticed one pause for about a minute.
Enabled vacuum and reindex nightly cron jobs.
Configured mail server and sender-address in admin console, which restarted the web interface between 12:30am and 12:37am. Email alerts are now working.
Shutdown server, upgraded vmware hw version, started server. Outage 1:07am to 1:13pm
