The MiWorkspace and Campus Computing Sites printing services will be down while the PaperCut application is upgraded to version 17.0.7

Card reader authentication and Follow-Me job release will be unavailable. During this outage, Sites users should print via the mprint.umich.edu web application. MiWorkspace users may continue to print using the queues installed on their machine.

Comments:
9:20 am: verified replication had caught up. Re-enabled print queue monitors, and all functionality is back up and running.

5:15 am: Upgrade completed successfully. We are now waiting for the replicated database to catch up on all the changes from the upgrade. Once that is done, print queue monitors will be re-enabled and this will be fully complete.
