Customers are reporting issues with the pages not displaying correctly in the M-Pathways Human Resource Management System (HCMPROD). You will need to delete your browser cache, close out of all browser windows, an log in again. It is possible you will need to do this 2-3 times. It is important to close all browser windows after deleting cache before logging in again.

If this doesn't work, you can try a different browser.

The permanent workaround for this issue going forward is to delete browser cache. There was an offending web server which had corrupt cache and that was cleared and the servers recycled early in the week.

10:55am Update: We discovered a webapp server which was causing the issue with HCMPROD. You should now be able to use the browser successfully. Please note it may still be necessary to delete the browser's cache first. So delete the browser cache, close all of the browser windows you may have open, and log in again. 9:50AM Update: ITS continues to investigate. In the meantime, you can try a different browser as a workaround.
