Slow network issues due to a firewall issue, emergency failover to VFW-CAEN gateway
Fail over didn't help since secondary gateway won't stay active for unknown reason. Primary is having the buffer issue, it's getting full and starting to drop packet.

As of 17:49 We are continuing to work with the vendor to troubleshoot the issue.
As of this morning, the primary gateway's buffer is still experiencing problem. We are still working on this issue.
ITS Network and Network Security Operations have been investigating network disruptions isolated to the North Campus CAEN networks. The investigation led to a device misbehaving on the CAEN networks. Remediation of isolating the device has returned the CAEN network to normal and expected performance. ITS network and security operations are working with College of Engineering staff on next remediation steps.
