Storage Issue and cannot access shared drives, administrative applications, other issues

Issue Symptoms: Degradation

Multiple reports from customers across campus who are unable to
access shared drives; log into MPathways systems, experiencing very slow performance in systems, cannot log into computers, etc.
ITS is investigating.

2pm Update: MiStorage services have remained stable since the issue was resolved at approximately 11am.

11:15am You should now see improved performance. If you are still seeing performance issues, or you cannot log in, or you are unable to access shared drives, etc., please contact the ITS Service Center. We will continue to monitor into the early afternoon before resolving.
