AFS umich.edu cell outage while database server functionality is being moved.

Server Name: fear, surprise, ruthless.ifs.umich.edu and afsprs01-03.afs.storage.umich.edu
Comments:
AFS outage as AFS database servers are moved from Arbor Lakes to run on fileservers at ASB. VLAN is being migrated and IPs are being kept so that no changes are needed to CellServDB files.

Planned maintenance for 2/24 has been cancelled so there will be no AFS outage at this time. The maintenance will be rescheduled at a later date.
