Wed 7:30am The vendor is considering the issue resolved. We are working with them to discover the root cause.

12:50pm Update from the vendor: Engineers have restored most services, endpoints successfully connecting into meetings

10:45 am Update: The vendor has identified the issue and is working to correct it.

10:18AM Update: The vendor is aware of the issue and is investigating. As soon as the vendor provides us information we will share.
