ITS is receiving reports of intermittent issues when viewing some PDF documents in both the M-Pathways Student Administration (CSPROD) and Human Resources (HCMPROD) systems. People are reporting that the text is garbled and unreadable. This issue happens most frequently in Chrome. The current workaround is to close the PDF browser tab and re-click the PDF link. The document should be formatted correctly when you reopen it.

If you encounter this problem and want to submit a Service Center incident, please include the browser (Chrome, IE, Safari, etc.) and the specific document.
