9:36 AM: Outgoing calls have been re-routed over a working connection. ITCOM is working with the vendor to get the main connection functioning correctly.

Ann Arbor Campus reporting issues calling outside lines from Campus phones. Callers receive loud static sound and calls may or may not go through. Calls coming in are not affected. We are working with Unified Communications team to fix the issue as soon as possible.

This morning we successfully tested the CenturyLink circuit and placed it back into service.
