ITS is receiving reports of issues connecting to M-Marketsite as well is reports of slowness. The vendor has been contacted and is aware and investigating.

Comments:

The performance issues in Marketsite last week appear to be resolved. The updates implemented over the weekend were successful and system performance has returned to a normal state of operation, even during our busiest spikes in activity yesterday (Tuesday). The vendor will continue to actively monitor system performance. Monday, 1:00pm Update: Additional software fixes were put in over the weekend to resolve the performance issues. The vendor is going to monitor the system during peak usage times today to make sure that the fixes put in have resolved the issues. Thurs 1:00pm The update applied last night by the vendor has not resolved the performance issues in M-Marketsite. The vendor is continuing to investigate. We will provide another update when we have more information to share. Wed 4:15pm Update: The vendor continues to investigate recent performance issues related to the recent update. They are planning to introduce a software fix at 8:00 PM EST, tonight. M-Marketsite will remain available to customers during this time. Tues 2:45pm Update: The vendor continues to investigate this issue. They have all available resources investigating and working to identify and resolve the root cause of the performance issues.
