Thursday, 1:00PM With the exception of RITMO, the remaining groups/services are back and available. RITMO is expected to be available by Friday.

Due to a corrupted database table that proliferated through all backups preventing quick recovery, faculty, students, staff of the following 3 groups are currently unable to access tools or their data housed within an ODS docker container: (1)RITMO; (2)Clouder; (3)R-Shiny. NO USER DATA HAS BEEN LOST.

The solution involves a disaster recovery rebuild that we expect to be completed later this week. A staggered approach is being taken to complete the rebuild and some services will be available before others. We will provide another update as we have more information.
