Reboot switches in EECS and Beyster to resolve software issue

Issue Symptoms: Intermittent issues

We will be rebooting a few switches in Beyster and EECS on Friday morning to resolve a problem with software redundancy. The switches in EECS will also receive a software upgrade. Switches in the following closets will be impacted. Some users on the 3rd & 4th floors of Beyster and the 1st and 2nd floors of EECS will experience a network service outage lasting 10-20 minutes.

Beyster 4924 (one member of a 6-member stack)
Beyster 3701 (one member of a 6-member stack)
Beyster 4701 (one member of a 6-member stack)
EECS 1330T one of two stacks, all members
EECS 2103T one of two stacks, all members

All reboots occurred normally except the 2nd floor of EECS. We are en route to see what is wrong.

Switch on 2nd floor of EECS was repaired and back in service at 7:03.
