All IP voice services contact center clusters will undergo a minor software upgrade to improve stability and performance.

24x7 contact centers will be notified when the maintenance is happening and their calls will be routed to an alternate hunt group during that time. We will also notify the 24x7 ICD groups when maintenance is complete.
