Issue Symptoms: Outage

Students, faculty, staff, and guests will be unable to print using File -: Print to campus printers from any computers (including personally owned/managed devices) while print servers are being patched and rebooted. Mcard authentication on printers/multifunction devices and use of the MPrint Mobile App may also fail during this maintenance window.

Users who need to print during this time are encouraged to do so via the install-free web application at

Update 11/20/2018:
Most servers were patched and rebooted without issue. 2 servers were identified as not successfully having received their patches. This may be related to the current MiWorkspace Print issue of users seeing their printers as "offline".

This outage is due to regular monthly patching and maintenance. The impacted servers are:
