Issue Symptoms: Degradation

The MiDesktop infrastructure hosts are running at unusually high CPU load. Although we've received no reports from customers experiencing any desktop-related problems, we are diligently investigating the cause to mitigate any degradation in service.

Comments:

Update 8/22/19 8:00am: Issue was resolved by fixing View agent installation.

Update 7/26/19 8:00 am: we believe we have isolated the cause, it appears a version mismatch between the Horizon View environment and the View agent that was installed on some of the desktop pools is the cause of the issue.  After correcting the mismatch, CPU usage dropped dramatically.  We are still working to correct the issue across all pools.  If you notice any performance issues, please contact midesktop.support@umich.edu.
