Issue Symptoms: Outage

Students, faculty, staff, and guests will be unable to print using the install-free web application at at 11 pm on Saturday, 10/19 while the servers undergo routine maintenance. In addition, use of the MPrint Mobile App may fail during this maintenance window. All services are expected to be functional again by Sunday, 10/20 at 3 am.

Users who need to print during this time are encouraged to do by using File - Print from applications on Campus Computing Sites computers, or from their own machines.

If you will need to print during this window, we encourage you to install printers ahead of time by visiting

Card-swipe authentication on multi-function devices and copying/scanning on multi-function devices should not be impacted.
