Issue Symptoms: Degradation

Who is Impacted? Approximately 15 users of off-site UM VPN telephones (not softphones)

9/17/19 2:55 We have scheduled a maintenance window for 9/21/19 to fix this issue.  After the maintenance, testing will be performed to ensure we have fixed the issue.  We will then communicate via email to the affected users directly for next steps. (~15 individuals)  Please expect our next update by 9/27/19.

9/6/19 8:15 We have identified the way to fix this issue, which will require a maintenance window. Due to the ITS Production Freeze calendar, we anticipate a resolution to this issue the week of September 16.  We have communicated via email to the affected users directly. (~15 individuals)  Please expect an update by 9/20/19.

8/28/19 10:20  We are collaborating with the Vendor and Networking team to resolve this issue.  We will update as we have more information.

8/27/19 8:55 We continue to work on the final solution.  The problem is due to a certificate issue on new hardware.  The impacted users have been notified.  We will update as soon as we have more information.

8/26/19 9:54 We continue to work on the final solution to resolve this issue.  Impacted users will be contacted separately.  We will update at 17:00 PM today.

8/23/19 13:36 We continue to investigate.  Our next update will be Monday morning 8/26/19 at 8:00 am.

We are experiencing a service degradation on VPN telephones for Off Campus Teleworkers.  These telephones may be unable to register with the Call Manager.  This is affecting approximately 15 users.

We are investigating the cause.
