Form Publisher / Login Issues (Google Forms Add-On)

Issue Symptoms: Inaccessible

It has come to our attention that Form Publisher is currently unavailable for new users or previous users who need to login to use it. If you have previously logged in to use Form Publisher, do not log out of it. Otherwise, you will not be able to log in again to use it.

This is a larger issue that needs to be worked out between the vendor and Google. There is currently no estimated time for repair, and there is currently no workaround if you need to log in into Form Publisher.

The ITS Collaboration Services team has notified the vendor. We continue to monitor status updates and engage with the vendor about this issue.

    The vendor continues to work with Google to address this issue. ITS has assisted the vendor by reaching out to Google to help make forward progress on this, but work is still needed by the vendor and Google to allow users to log in to use Form Publisher.

    The vendor has stated they are working to address this with Google but stated an estimated restoration date of a few weeks. We continue to ask the vendor for updates and will provide more information as we receive it.

    We have heard from the vendor that they are working on this issue with Google. They are hoping it will be resolved early next week. ITS will provide our next update early next week, or once we have additional information to report from the vendor.
