10/10/19 1pm Staff are still investigating this issue. Next update at 3pm.

A module on the central campus r-LSA router has failed.  This module provides connections to several buildings including Field Hockey, Burnham house and the ASB data center.  These locations have lost their redundant connections but services are not impacted.  We have people en route to replace the failed module.

Comments:

10/10/19 3pm Module has been replaced and network redundancy has been restored.

UMnet staff has arrived on site and the module is being replaced now. 

Module was replaced and the new one failed.  A third module was installed at about 12:40.  It is in service and working as expected.  All redundancy has been restored.
