12/27/2019 5:00 pm  Parts will take two weeks for delivery.  Devices on PDU9 will remain protected by UPS2 until the repair.

12/27/2019 10:00 AM  The technician has completed his troubleshooting.  We are ordering a display board and associated FX control board from the vendor.  PDU9 will need to remain in bypass and devices on PDU9 will be protected by UPS2.  We will update ETA on parts delivery and schedule another maintenance window based upon delivery of the parts.

12/27/2019 8:30 AM  The technician is still troubleshooting.

12/27/2019 7:30 AM We have successfully bypassed PDU9.  Tech is troubleshooting PDU.

12/27/2019 7:10 AM  Maintenance on PDU9 is starting.

12/26/2019 15:51  PDU-9 display and back lighting has gone completely out. Readings say we are on source two, but still doesn't look like its in bypass and source one should be available. I spoke with the Thomas & Betts tech who is flying in late this afternoon and will be onsite at 7 am. He agrees that it sounds like the communication board issue and everything should work as normal.

12/26/2019 11:13   PDU-9 Is in Alarm and not producing any information to foreseer. I believe the PDU is stable, nor is it in bypass, and both sources are still available. I will check it again before I head home for the day.

What we are doing:  Troubleshooting Cyberex PDU9 communication alerts

Why we are doing this:  If we lose communication to PDU9, we will lose monitoring to the device.

Who will be impacted:  We don't anticipate anyone being impacted, but these clients are on PDU9 (ARC-TS, SPH-KECC, Plant, Pharmacy, ITS) plus external customers (Ithaka and Netscout).
