1/8/2020 15:30 We continue to work with the vendor to resolve this issue.

The Service Center has received reports that some residents are unable to log in and view channels via Xfinity on Campus. They have reported receiving an error indicating "unable to determine campus residency - error code FEDX100001." This service is used by residents of Northwood I, II, IV and V, and the Munger Graduate Residences.

We are currently working with Xfinity to resolve this issue, however there is currently no estimated time of repair.
