No outage. These are replicated servers. We will remove one from the Anycast pool at a time and restart the DNS ("named") process, then add it back into the Anycast pool. Total time estimated be 1-2 hours, we will reserve 3 hours. We will update the status when completed.

Working on a permanent solution. We will be restarting the processes every week until then.

Cancelled.  Memory leak is no longer happening since the last round of RedHat patches, so it appears that the issue has been fixed.
