Start Time: 01/25/2020 11:00 pm

Maintenance Completed: 01/25/2020 11:39 pm

Issue Symptoms: Degradation

1/25/2020 @ 11:15pm - B side changes done.   Saw all hosts log back into the fabric and see traffic on the ports.   Starting with side A now.

1/25/2020 @ 11:30pm - A side changes done.  Saw all hosts log back into the fabric and I see traffic on the ports.  Maintenance Complete.

Impacts:
ITS Storage will be re-configuring the Enterprise Storage (SAN) host connections to help alleviate port congestion we are seeing on the fiber core switches.

What will the end-user experience?
There should be no impact as each of the hosts has redundant connections.

When the scheduled maintenance expected to be completed:
The configuration should only take a few minutes and then a few minutes to test if it is successful.
Work is set to begin at 11pm and should have an update by 11:15pm.

When customers can expect the next update:
Updates will be made to the CHG and Status page after each Host fiber connection has been completed and tested.

Who is Impacted? Users of Enterprise Storage (SAN)

Next Update: Work is set to begin at 11pm and should have an update by 11:15pm.
