MPrint Server Patching

Issue Symptoms: Outage

Students, faculty, staff, and guests will intermittently be unable to print using File - Print to campus printers from any computers (including personally owned/managed devices) while print servers are being patched and rebooted. Mcard authentication on printers/multifunction devices and use of the MPrint Mobile App may also fail during this maintenance window.

Please note, all servers will not be down during this period, but at any given time during this window, the server you need may be being rebooted.

Users who need to print during this time are encouraged to do so via the install-free web application at
