Wolverine Access Gateway Error When Accessing M-Pathways Systems

Issue Symptoms: Intermittent issues

Several people are reporting they are receiving an "Error Loading page M-Pathways (Peoplesoft)" error on the Wolverine Access Gateway (Classic) page. This isn't a new error, just a re-styled error page. To resolve this error, please click on the link again.

If you are still receiving the error page, please complete a force refresh and/or clear your browser cache. As of 9/27, the error page has been updated to provide additional instructions for users to clear their cache and/or use another browser. 

Related Resolved Issue: There was a similar issue, unrelated to the M-Pathways issue, occurring on New Wolverine Access around the same time as the initial "Error Loading Page" M-Pathways reports. Due to a website update, several links on New Wolverine Access were broken between ~5pm on Monday, September 21st and ~1:30am on Tuesday, September 22nd. Users would have seen a "Page Not Found" message if they clicked on these links, however, no customers reported this issue.
