Issue Symptoms: Intermittent issues

On 12/2/2020 at 6:00am we will be upgrading the OS software on UMVPN1 . It is one of two campus remote access vpns.

Users connected will be disconnected when the device reboots. Users can login again and will be connected to UMVPN2.

We will update and/or close this status page at the end of the maintenance window once the service has been restored.
