First change - In an effort to assist users with access to the site we need to redirect http requests to an https in order to be presented with a login.
Second change - Need to revert settings modified for last weekend's upgrade to accommodate long running processes.
The application will require one restart after both changes are done.

Changes successfully made to the database timeouts and http redirect. Application was restarted at 9:03 pm. Confirmed settings and site was back up at 9:05 pm
