Update 2021-01-21 12:05am The network issues have been resolved, and all U-M services are working normally.

U-M services continue to experience intermittent degradation. Staff are continuing to work together to resolve the degradation.  Next update at 2020-01-21 5:00AM or sooner, if services are restored sooner.

Users are intermittently unable to login to many U-M resources, including Canvas, Employee Self Service, Faculty Business, the MPathways systems, Zoom, Concur, and many other services. ITS is investigating the root cause of the degradation, next update will be at 11:00PM. Users may see very slow load times, be completely unable to login, have issues with Duo, or have other issues signing in.
