UMNet will be performing a maintenance activity on a switch at the Ford Robotics Buliding-1st Floor ( room 1128 ) switch s-frb-1128-1
The networking equipment will be impacted during the maintenance activity.
This will impact any wireless & wired connections for faculty, staff and students including but not limited to desktops, laptops, IP phones, and printers.
It is recommended to have an alternative plan of working from a different location during the planned AM maintenance window and/or forward your phone calls to another extension during the same period of time.
The maintenance is scheduled for Thu, Apr 8th between the hours of 5-7 AM. The actual network outage is expected to be less than 30 minutes , however the whole maintenance window is reserved.
