ResponsiBLUE - some receiving rejection email in error

Issue Symptoms: Degradation

5/6/2021 Students who are fully vaccinated and have submitted their form will no longer see the testing card in their ResponsiBLUE app within 5 days of submission. If any questions, please contact 4Help.

Students who have submitted their self-reported vaccination information may have received a rejection email in error. This is being corrected. Students do not need to take any action.  Updates to their status are in progress and should be reflected no later than Wednesday morning, May 5.

ResponsiBLUE data has been refreshed. Students who are fully vaccinated and may have entered multiple self-report surveys including a verified vaccination record should no longer see their testing card in their app.  We will continue to monitor.
