TeamDynamix Degradation- Issues with Groups Resolve 10:12 AM

Issue Symptoms: Degradation

10:12 AM - all user and group permissions in TeamDynamix have been retored. Root cause and remediation/resiliance/mitigation efforts will begin today

10:00 AM  Groups associated with Ticketing applications should all now be available in TeamDynamix. Updates are now being made to Project Management (PPM) to restore users permissions. PPM access should be resolved by 10:30 AM

9:00 AM The ITS Service Support Team is working to restore records in TDX to the correct status so that Responsible Groups and Individuals will once again be available for ticket assignement. We're making progress and some groups and individuals are now visible. Next update 10:00 AM, or sooner, as more information is available. 

8:11 AM ITS Has been alerted to an issue with Responsible Groups in TeamDynamix (TDX) this is impacting the ability to assign TDX tickets. ITS is investigating and will update this page with new information as soon as it is available.

Next Update: No further updates. Issue now resolved

Comments:

Debrief scheduled for 11 AM to begin investigating and planning. 

As of 10:00 AM all Technicians have been updated back to Active status and so all groups should once again be available in all TDX Ticketing apps.

As of 8:25 some groups are now available. Script to resolve the issue is in process.
