Update:  Modified the date to Saturday June 12,2021

Due to system redundancy, there will be no impact to general telephone service with this maintenance.

Contact center users of Cisco Finesse on the Ann Arbor or Flint campus who are working between 8am-5pm on Saturday, June 12 will login as usual to the primary server for Cisco Finesse during this maintenance. 

We will be reaching out to impacted contact centers directly as well.

During this time, we will be applying a software upgrade to Cisco servers on the Ann Arbor and Flint campuses. 

Who is Impacted? Users of Cisco Finesse on the Ann Arbor or Flint campus working between 8am-5pm on Saturday, May 15

Next Update: Expect no further update. We will close and update notes when the maintenance is completed successfully.
