Issue Symptoms: Intermittent issues

Students, faculty, staff, and guests may briefly be unable to print using File - Print to campus printers from any computers (including personally owned/managed devices) while the primary application server is prepared for Single Sign On (SSO). Mcard authentication on printers/multifunction devices, releasing Follow-Me print jobs with the MPrint Mobile app, and logging into may also fail.

Please note, the server will not be down during the entire maintenance period, but at any given time during this window, the server will briefly go offline for a required reboot. 

Who is Impacted? Students, Faculty, and Staff with MPrint printers installed on their devices
