During the maintenance windows described below, we will work with our vendor to apply software upgrades to both the Element Management System and to one of our Session Border Controller devices.   Due to our highly available architecture, there will be no impact to telephone calls.

Maintenance windows:

  1. Saturday, July 31 -- 8am - 5pm ET (Element Management System)
  2. Sunday, August 1 -- 8am - 5pm ET (Session Border Controller)


Who is Impacted? No impact to faculty, staff, or students

Next Update: Expect no further update. We will close and update notes when the maintenance is completed successfully.

UPDATE 8/2/21 at 4:50pm:  We have completed the maintenance on the Element Management System on 7/31/21.  However, due to the workload, the Session Border Controller maintenance scheduled for 8/1/21 will be postponed until a later date.
