Issue Symptoms: Degradation

Users are reporting instability in their connections to the MWireless and MGuest WiFi service in the Lawyers Club

Technicians are onsite diagnosing the problem and capturing data which is being sent to the vendor for analysis

We apologize for any inconvenience as a a result of this degraded service and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve the issue

We will update this status page when we have determined a course of action

8/26/21 @ 10:30am - Technicians are onsite this morning trouble-shooting the performance issues. Users may experience intermittent access and disconnects during this process. 

We apologize for any inconvenience as a result of this ongoing work and will update the status page when we have additional information to share.

8/26/21 @ 8:00pm - Technicians have created a temporary profile workaround which may cause a brief interruption to connected users when it is applied.
