Users are reporting poor performance on the WiFi service in various buildings across campus.
ITS UMnet and Engineering personnel are investigating these reports and looking for root cause at this time.

Technicians working with the vendor identified a problematic setting in an optimization routine and disabled it to restore normal WiFi services.
