Intermittent WiFi Degradation on Campus

Issue Symptoms: Intermittent issues

Users are reporting intermittent issues connecting to WiFi in various locations across campus.

We are actively working with the vendor to diagnose the problem and develop a solution.

We will update this status page periodically with the results of our investigation and the developing plan to remediate the problem.

1/26/22 @ 6:00 pm - We continue to consult with the vendor and have been given a workaround that we are planning to deploy at 11 pm tonight in our normal maintenance window.

1/27.22 @ 12:10 am - A vendor provided workaround was deployed successfully and all affected APs were recycled to restore normal operation.
