Issue Symptoms: Intermittent issues

This maintenance affects Cisco Finesse users on the Ann Arbor and Flint campuses who are working between 7 AM - 2 PM on Saturday, May 28. (See groups below)

During the maintenance window, Cisco Finesse users will be logged out for approximately 10 minutes while we apply a vendor-recommended upgrade to solve existing trouble tickets. Existing phone calls will not be impacted. Cisco Finesse users should monitor their connection to Finesse and log back into their phone/softphone and Finesse once they are able. We will also contact groups directly before the upgrade is applied.  Contact centers will experience no change to Cisco Finesse with this upgrade.
