Cisco Finesse Contact Center degradation in Ann Arbor

UPDATE:  11/21/22 7:50pm - We completed the recommended maintenance and services are fully functional.  We will monitor throughout the evening.  Any users having issues with Finesse login, please use the primary link https://ccmipcc1al.ns.itd.umich.edu:8445/desktop/container/landing.jsp?locale=en_US.  

UPDATE:  11/20/22 11:20 am - We have worked with the vendor to restart services on the Contact Center.  We will continue to monitor system performance.  Users should continue to use the Contact Center backup URL listed below.  We have additional maintenance to perform tomorrow and will notify you when to log back in to the Primary server.

We are currently experiencing a service degradation on our Contact Centers.  Maintenance is scheduled for tomorrow morning with the vendor to resolve the issue.
