ITS Service Status Report

FINAL UPDATE 9/19/23 1:45 PM:  We have resolved the Exchange voicemail issue where @umich email addresses were receiving missed call or other system notifications.  For the next 48 hours, queued messages may still come through which can be ignored.  Any voicemail messages received during this degradation will be delivered.  If you modified Outlook Web Access (OWA) settings, you can now turn on email forwarding again using these steps: https://teamdynamix.umich.edu/TDClient/30/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=10868

UPDATE:  We are aware that the Exchange voicemail system is sending repeated missed call or other notifications to @umich email addresses if email forwarding was set up.  These are not spam or robo calls.  We encourage you to login to Outlook Web Access (OWA) to temporarily turn off email forwarding until the problem is resolved:  https://teamdynamix.umich.edu/TDClient/30/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=10868

UPDATE: The team is still working towards a resolution for this issue.  The temporary workaround remains the same.

UPDATE:  The temporary workaround for this issue is to dial the voicemail system at 734-615-4242.  When prompted, enter your PIN to access your messages.  If you do not know your PIN, please dial 734-763-2000, option 1.  Please note, no voicemails will be lost as part of this degradation.
